On behalf of the entire Nature's Apothecary team, we want to personally thank you for trusting us as your destination for healthy choices. In line with the recent declaration of different levels of Community Quarantine in the Philippines due to the COVID-19, rest assured that our employees and contracted third party couriers will abide by the highest safety standards and comply with the best sanitation practices.

We will be continuing with our operations but we would like to request for your kind understanding on slight delays of the delivery of your orders.

 

The products will be coming from Agusan del Norte in Mindanao, and flights to-and-from are limited. Due to this, we have implemented contingency measures to partner with couriers that could forward/transit your orders  via Sea.

 

Here are our Temporary Shipping Lead Times:

 

  • NCR - 7 to 9 business days
  • North Luzon - 9 to 12 business days
  • South Luzon - 9 to 12 business days
  • Visayas - 2 to 4 business days
  • Mindanao - 2 to 4 business days
