Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Blueberry fruit is LIKELY SAFE when used in amounts commonly found in foods. 

Diabetes: Blueberry might lower blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. Watch for signs of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and monitor your blood sugar carefully if you have diabetes and use blueberry products. The dose of your diabetes medications may need to be adjusted by your healthcare provider.

Surgery: Blueberry might affect blood glucose levels and could interfere with blood sugar control during and after surgery. Stop using blueberry at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.




1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 banana
½ cup frozen pineapple
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tablespoons flax seeds
½ cup cottage cheese
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage (or milk of your choice)

1. Add the frozen Wild Blueberries, banana, pineapple, coconut flakes, flax seeds, cottage cheese, and coconut milk beverage into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Top with additional frozen Wild Blueberries, coconut, or pineapple.
4. Serve immediately.


1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 Tbsp chocolate Hazelnut spread
2-4 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1 refrigerated banana
Strawberries, blackberries and raspberries for topping
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs

1. Blend the frozen Wild Blueberries, nut butter and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
2. Slice cold banana in half and lay out on an oblong plate.
3. Scoop out Wild Blueberry mixture and place in between banana halves.
4. Cover with fresh berries and a few more frozen Wild Blueberries.
5. Top with cocoa nibs.
