I'm glad I decided to switch from coffee to loose leaf teas. So I try to drink lavender at least an hour before I sleep and because I work at night, most times it's difficult to get a really good sleep. But when I started drinking lavender tea, I wake up with ease and calm.

I love that it was well packed and personalized.
When I opened the lavender bottle, the fragrance is so calming and when I poured hot water on it, the aroma is intensified. It tasted as it should and it never fails to calm me down.
This is really what teas should smells and taste like, aromatic, calming and relaxing.
A good book and a cozy couch would make this tea experience better.
