When will I receive my order? 

📌 NOTES :

🕑 We will ship your order 2 days after your date of order, except weekends.
➡There is NO specific time or day of arrival. JNT EXPRESS' riderwill text/call you.

➡ Following the recent declaration of Community Quarantine in the different parts of the Philippines due to the COVID-19:

Shipping safety protocols shall be implemented and orders are subject to a slight delay.
Rest assured that your order is processed through high safety standards.

➡ Temporary Shipping Lead Time After Shipment:

Visayas - 5 to 6 business days
Mindanao - 3 to 4 business days
Luzon - 7 to 21 days


Is this Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery.

 

What are your other payment options?

We accept BPI, BDO and Gcash payments.

Is this FREE Shipping?

YES! We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders P799 and above.


How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us in less than 24 hours from the time of order. Unfortunately, if the order/s have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel them (this also means that we already paid the courier money to deliver it to you. It is also non refundable). Our natural products need a home, and they’re already excited to make their way to your doorstep!
