This is my 3rd order. I mix it with 1 tablespoon ofapple cider vinegar & 1 tablespoon of calamansi, which i drink first thing in the morning. it helps with my constipation. it also helps my dogs get well when they are nauseous & can't eat, especially after messing with the frogs.
