BREW IT HOT
STEP 1: Boil water.
STEP 2: Warm up teapot.
STEP 3: Put Nature's Apothecary Chamomile Flower Tea into teapot and add hot water.
STEP 4: Cover teapot and steep for 5 minutes.
STEP 5: Strain chamomile solids and pour hot tea into a teacup.
BREW IT COLD
STEP 1: Put chamomile loose tea and water in a pitcher or glass container.
STEP 2: Cover pitcher and put in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
STEP 3: Strain out chamomile solids and pour tea into a cup.
